"i was at your dealership on 9/7/11 to 9/8/11 to have a EGR valve replaced . while there it was discovered that the turbo was bad . all questions were answered and the work was completed in a timely manner . also a mechenic named "eddie" found some stuff that wasn,t done correctly from another dealership and that was fixed also . all people were polite and knowlegeable . while no one wants to be broke down this was quite a change from what i,m use to . if i break down in NC again i will come to your shop . THANKS !!"
